ZIVOS AS is a Norwegian technology company developing AI models and platform technology for organisations with high requirements for precision, control and compliance.
We believe language, knowledge and digital infrastructure are part of society's foundations. That is why we build AI that can understand Norwegian context and be adopted with clear responsibility and control.
Why the company was founded
Norwegian organisations adopt AI faster than they can document it. We started ZIVOS because the distance between what is technically possible and what is legally defensible must be closed by someone building both at once.
The problem we want to solve
General models are built for breadth. Business-critical work requires precision in a specific language, domain and regulatory framework — and a deployment model that can carry the requirements that follow.
Why Norway
Norwegian language and professional context are not a translation task. They are a precondition for precision. Developing in Norway also makes it possible to build for European requirements from the first version rather than retrofitting them.
Long-term vision
We are not only building a good conversational partner. The goal is infrastructure for digital work: agents and interfaces that carry out complex tasks within boundaries the organisation defines.
